TripGenie, Trip.com’s AI-powered travel assistant, continues to redefine travel planning. Available in over 10 languages, it provides intelligent recommendations for hotels, attractions, and optimised travel itineraries.
In 2024, TripGenie recorded over 2.6 million unique views, marking a 120% increase from the previous year, highlighting its growing popularity among travellers seeking seamless trip planning.

- A new office in Dubai to strengthen its presence in the Middle East
- A livestreaming centre in Bangkok to enhance engagement with travellers
